Here I have for you the most stupefying BEGINNERS techniques you should always opt for when you wanna bake something.

  1. ALWAYS HAVE THE CORRECT BUTTER CONSISTENCY-

Butter is one of the very first ingredients that you use when you want to bake. You should always be ready with butter. Always remember, the temperature of butter can dramatically affect the texture of baked goods. The consistency of butter is of three types- softened, chilled or melted. Butter can help you start your baking with the right temperature. To get the perfect consistency and temperature of butter, you can leave the butter out for half an hour. If the butter is ultra-melted, it can create eggs in your baking also known as lumps. They can create more salt. 

  1. ROOM TEMPERATURE IS THE KEY-

All the ingredients that say they require room temperature, should be kept in mind. Some ingredients like eggs, yogurt, butter, etc emulsify the baking goods when they are baked at room temperature. Eggs and yogurt create much more volume at room temperature that’s a plus point for baking.

  1. ALWAYS READ THE RECIPE THOROUGHLY BEFORE BEGINNING WITH THE BAKING-

The key to GOOD baking is, you should know what you are doing. For the beginners, it is difficult to remember the whole recipe, but they should always be ready with the ingredients. In order to do that, you should always read the recipe properly. You’ll know what to do and how to do it. It helps you in measuring the ingredients too!

  1. MEASURE & WEIGH YOUR INGREDIENTS PROPERLY-

One problem that beginners face is, they don’t know how to measure the ingredients. Baking is science and measuring is it’s major technique. Precise ratios are important. Having measuring cups for dry ingredients is essential. Spoon and level is important especially when it comes to measuring flour. Measuring cups helps you become an expert.
