You know where you can find magic? You can find magic wherever you look. Sit back and relax, all you need is a book. I know what you’re thinking like that’s a cheesy line and books OMG they make me want to do anything else but read! Let me try to persuade you otherwise! So, what exactly is self-help, and why is it necessary? Self-help books are commonly used for practical and personality development, and they influence your mind to give you inspiration, change your habit formation, and, most importantly, grow as a person. I’m sure you didn’t expect this to help so much, but it does. And it’s a necessity for us because, as you know, we live in a fast-paced world where we don’t get much of a break, and from time to time we may need a dose of inspiration to work, and nothing beats a calm environment with a good book and a cup of coffee combo because the way it will relax you is priceless.

Since it is used in every aspect of your life many men and women have tapped into this and achieved to grow in every single way, which by the way is also written in the form of stories in the book and soon became a worldwide bestseller. 

  1. THE 5 AM CLUB- ROBIN SHARMA

This book is a steal, because it is an amazing yet enchanting story of 2 people who struggle in their lives but meet a great business tycoon who in turn becomes their mentor. Robin Sharma clearly states how the biggest industrialists, tycoons or great leaders become the best through a secret 20/20/20 rule. Do you want to know what it is? Well it’s quite simple, the 20/20/20 rule is the secret……. Damn I’m not telling you everything you’re gonna have to read the book for that.

  1. THINK AND GROW RICH- NAPOLEON HILL

Well, there’s not much to say about this one because the title speaks for itself. This book is the author’s creation in which he curates the 13 most common habits of wealthy and successful people, which he did after conducting a distilled research on 500 people over the past 20 years. I understand that’s a lot to take in. However, this book contains all of the answers as to how rich people manage to remain independent, how they manage to survive and grow for so long in a specific industry. Not only that, but it contains some intriguing principles that can benefit your well-being, whether professional or personal.

  1. THINK LIKE A MONK- JAY SHETTY

Well we all have a problem in today’s world that we have no control over our negative emotions and it has led us to a lot of mental problems. Is it right though? Do we have no control or we just don’t know how to control it? Well this book is certainly the answer to this, it will teach you to think like a monk. It’s one of my personal favourites because it teaches you how to overcome negative thoughts and habits while also teaching you how to conquer your inner calmness and purpose, which we all have within us. The magic of this is that it will calm you down as you read it!

  1. MINDSET- CAROL.S.DWECK

While you read that title, keep in mind that it is also the exact idea of how we think and, if necessary, how we can change our mindsets. The best thing about this book is that it provides a straightforward explanation of how to harness the power of your mind. She brilliantly demonstrates how our success in school, work, personal life, and almost every other aspect of our lives is profoundly influenced by how we perceive our talents and abilities. She also explains beautifully how you should maintain your mindset regardless of your work or who you are.
