1. Ice cubes (lots of them- if you want it to be chilled)
2. 30 ML Green apple chunks
3. 1 Tbsp Lime juice
4. 2 Tbsp Sugar syrup
5. Top with 60 ML soda
6. Garnish with Lemon chunks & Mint leaves
Method:
Green apple chunks, lime juice, ice cubes, sugar syrup, and soda should all be combined in a blender. If you like it very chilled, add a lot of ice; otherwise, add minimal ice and chill it in the fridge.
2. Watermelon Lemonade
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
2tbsp chopped peeled fresh ginger
1 cup watermelon cubes
4tbsp cup fresh lime juice
2 cups chilled club soda
Mint leaves
Method:
In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and ginger. Allow the mixture to heat until the sugar has dissolved. Allow this mixture to cool for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. To remove the ginger peels, strain the mixture. Add the watermelon cubes and lime juice to a mixer. Combine the ingredients and pour into the serving glasses. Finish with club soda and sugar syrup. To combine all of the ingredients for this summer mocktail, stir the mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled with tons of ice.
3. Aam Panna

Ingredients:
500 gm green mangoes
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black rock salt
2 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
2 cups of water
Method:
In a saucepan, bring some water and sugar to a boil, whisking constantly until the sugar dissolves completely. Add the green mangoes to the mixture and continue to cook until they are tender. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Blend the tender mango mixture and mint leaves in a blender until smooth. Transfer this mixture to a jar and stir in the black salt and cumin seed powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Ice Apple Slushy
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
8 Ice Apples (Tadgola)
4 cups of tender coconut water
Ice cubes
Method:
Cut ice apples into tiny pieces and use a plate underneath while cutting to retain the juice so you can put it back in your serving jar. Combine the tender coconut, crushed ice, and ice apple chunks in the serving jar, and your refreshing ice apple slushy is ready.
