Over the past few years, detox or detoxification has become a popular buzzword. It usually refers to adhering to a particular diet or using special products that claim to rid your body of toxins, thereby improving health and promoting weight loss. Fortunately, your body is well-equipped to eliminate toxins without the use of special diets or expensive supplements. Having said that, you can help your body’s natural detoxification system.
