Taking the time to look after your skin isn’t easy when life is busy, but to naturally glow from top to bottom isn’t as difficult as you might think. One way to simplify? Focus on looking for simple, natural ingredients that are already known to solve whatever issue your complexion faces. If you think it’s impossible, then it is. But if you think the other way round it is an entirely different story. By changing your lifestyle you can achieve what you dream. Make it possible through your efforts.

Here we come with solutions for your skin problems:

1. Dry skin: Thirsty dermis

If you are facing issues with dry skin, then it’s a sign of dehydration.  Dry skin is a common problem in all age groups, especially if you are a person who cannot take some time for skincare. We have the easiest way to get rid of this issue, all you need to do is change a few things in your daily life.

  • Skip long hot showers. Hot water tends to strip oils from the skin; warm water is your better option.
  • Go for a gentle cleanser or shower gel with moisturizer.
  • Use mild soaps instead of harsh cleansers.
  • Moisturize while skin is moist, it helps in increasing the water content for outer layers of skin.

2. Acne: Heredity or Hormones

Acne is one of the most popular among all skin problems. Well, it can be hereditary or due to hormonal changes. It is often because of hormonal changes. But what can you do to prevent:

  • Use cleansers for oily skin toners to remove excess sebum.
  • Cleanse gently, do not be harsh with your skin.
  • Pat dry with cotton towel or tissues, use toner or astringent
  • Apply an oil-free moisturizer.
  • Do not touch your face directly with your hands as there are many microorganisms which are not seen with naked eyes.

3. Pigmentation

Pigmentation means coloring. It occurs due to skin being exposed to sun directly, which affects the melanin in your skin. Melanin is a pigment which produces color to our skin.

  •  Aloe Vera is the best bet.
  •  Use organic aloe gels and spf moisturizers to avoid UV rays affecting you skin directly.
  • Apply aloe gel before going out in sun

If the pigmentation is out of your hands, it is better to consult a dermatologist.

4. Wrinkles:

Wrinkles are lines and furrows that form in your skin. These are noticeable around the mouth, neck, eyes and hands. The most common causes are aging, smoking, and repeated facial movements.

  • It is better to quit smoking or reducing smoking
  • The effectiveness of anti-wrinkle creams depends in part on the active ingredients.
  • Retinol and antioxidants may give better results.

5. Dull skin:

The build-up of dead skin cells is one of the most common causes of dull skin and it happens because we neglect to get rid of dead skin regularly. The solution is simple – exfoliate.

  • Exfoliation protects and purifies your skin by giving you a smoother, brighter and more even complexion.
  • It forms a defensive shield against pollution.
  • Eliminate impurities, clear pore blockages and help to brighten your complexion in no time.

So next time you shop, don’t forget to add exfoliating milk products.

6. Uneven skin tones:

Dealing with uneven, red skin tones isn’t fun. While there are many different causes of face redness, sun is to blame.

  • Using toners which contain aloe vera will be your helpful resource.
  • Keeps uneven skin tones and inflammation at bay
  • Toners which contain aloe vera instantly hydrate, cleanse and brighten the face .

Simply apply toner to a cotton pad and pat around the face!

   7. Dark circles

Lack of sleep is well-known as the main cause of under-eye bags but there are other contributors, including stress, genetics and even allergies. Dark circles are often one of the hardest skin problems to come by.

  • Apply a cold compress. It may reduce swelling and shrink dilated blood vessels to lessen the appearance of puffiness and dark circles.
  • Dampen a washcloth with cold water and apply it to the skin under your eyes for 20 minutes.
  • Get some extra sleep
  • Soak with tea bags. Tea contains caffeine and antioxidants that can help stimulate blood circulation, shrink blood vessels, and reduce liquid buildup under your skin.
  •  Soak 2 to 4 bags in hot water for 5 minutes, and then chill them in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes. Once they’re cold, apply the tea bags to your closed eyes for 10 to 20 minutes, then remove them and rinse your eyes with cool water.

8. Facial tension

Our facial muscles often get tense, and facial massages are known to help relieve that tension. Stimulating your facial muscles can help tighten skin, relieve tight muscles, and boost circulation.

Massage with your fingertips as shown in the image above;

  • Go for facial massages twice a month
  • You can do it at home as well.
  • Wash your face with your favorite face wash, pat dry.
  • Few drops of facial cleansing milk, massage in circular motions for the under eye part.
  • Massage gently with any moisturizer in circular motions on cheeks, zigzag on forehead and chin.

Common solution for all skin problems

9. Lack of water

We do not understand the importance of water to our skin. Glowing skin is skin kept well-hydrated. Simply by increasing the amount of water you drink, you’ll hydrate the skin and therefore improve blood circulation through tiny capillaries. Drinking plenty of water not only leads to replenishing elasticity of skin tissue for a more radiant look, it prevents dryness, dullness and fights skin damage. Add fruits which contain vitamin c in your diet. Strawberries, cranberries and blueberries also help in reducing skin problems.

That’s all for today, lovelies! Hope you all follow these simple solutions and go fearlessly anywhere. Do let us know how these solutions helped you in the comments section below!
