There is no need for a festive vibe or special occasion to binge eat sweets.
Sometimes we crave sweets so much but we really wanted to avoid bakery sweets and chocolates or icecreams and really want something else, that we don’t have any idea about to satisfy our sweet cravings.
Let me tell you, it’s a pudding that you want at this juncture.
A pudding is soft, creamy and easy to make and is the best option in this kind of situation.
You don’t have to search for quick and delicious pudding recipes anymore. Here I am with another recipe blog as I promised, this time it will be a sweet read.

Chocolate biscuit pudding
Ingredients:
- Biscuits/cookies
- Milk- 4 cups
- Heavy cream- 1 cup
- Sugar- 1/2 cup
- Nuts/choco-chips (garnish)
- Cocoa powder- 2 tbsp
- Dark chocolate- 1 cup
- Cornstarch (corn flour)- 1/3 cup
- Coffee powder- 1 tbsp
How to make:
- In a small bowl take 1/2 cup milk and add cornstarch and whisk until no lumps. Set aside.
- For dipping, in another bowl, add some milk and coffee powder and mix them well and set it aside.
- Now in a saucepan pour the remaining milk and add heavy cream, sugar, and cocoa powder and heat until the sugar is melted.
- After the mixture starts simmering, pour in the milk-cornstarch mixture and stir them thoroughly until thickened.
- Turn the heat off and add chopped chocolate, stir until melted. Set aside.
- Now we can start setting the pudding. First, take a nice pudding tray.
- Dip the biscuits in the milk-coffee dip and arrange them in the bottom.
- Spread the chocolate cream over the biscuit layer.
- Repeat this process 2-3 times.
- For the last layer add some nuts or choco-chips and refrigerate it.
- Take it and have it after setting.
Mango bread pudding
Ingredients:
- Mangoes- 2
- Chopped mango -1 cup
- Bread slices
- Sugar -½
- Milk -1 cup
- Whipping cream- 1 cup
- Mango essence- ½ tbsp
- Condensed milk- 1 tbsp
How to make:
- Peel off the mangoes and cut them into small pieces.
- In a grinding jar take these cut mangoes and add ½ cup sugar and ½ cup milk. Grind it into a thick paste.
- Separate half of the mango paste and keep it aside
- To the rest, half add ½ cup milk and mix them thoroughly. This is for dipping the bread.
- In another bowl, take 1 cup of whipping cream. Add mango essence and whisk them really well until soft peak forms.
- To this add the rest half of the mango paste we set aside and condensed milk and mix well. We will get a little yellow colour mango cream.
- Now we can start setting the pudding, first, cut off the ends from the bread.
- Take a pudding pan and add the bread after dipping it into the mango puree we already prepared and set a base layer
- Now in the next layer pour the yellow cream we prepared.
- Next, add the cut mango pieces. Repeat the process 2-3 times.
- After this don’t forget to decorate this accordingly. Now chill it and have it later.
You cant drop the spoon without finishing these puddings! It is so satisfying that your family will keep asking for it every weekend. Best for kids and adults alike, you can’t make any excuse for not trying this.
