Skin that is healthy, glowing, and beautiful is always in style! Women will buy every cream, moisturiser, and mask that claims to improve their skin. However, due to stress, environmental conditions, and weather, the skin can appear dull and tired regardless. Aside from a good skincare routine, your skin requires tender love and care using natural ingredients. These ingredients are widely available, inexpensive, and simple to prepare. You’ve come to the right place if you’re looking for effective home remedies for glowing skin.
We’ve prepared a skin routine you can follow at night to achieve flawless glass skin:
Step 1: RAW MILK
Milk is one of the most gentle and nourishing ingredients in your fridge that works wonders for your skin. Simply wiping your face with raw milk at the end of the day removes dirt, tan, and other impurities that have accumulated on your face, leaving it soft and moisturised. After you’ve rinsed the raw milk off your face. Rinse it and let’s move to the next step with a damp face.
Step 2: COFFEE SCRUB
Can’t go a day without your morning coffee fix? We can’t either! But did you know that a coffee scrub can do wonders for your skin in addition to jump-starting your energy levels and charging you up for the day? It treats puffy eyes and dull skin as it has anti-inflammatory properties, improves skin elasticity. To make your own coffee face scrub at home, you only need a few simple ingredients, mix coffee and Cold pressed coconut oil. Apply to a damp face and gently scrub your face, paying special attention to the neck. Do this for about 2-3 minutes, making sure your face and fingers are both damp. Then rinse off.
Step 3: YOGHURT MASK
The silky smooth texture of yoghurt screams, “Put me on your face!” 1 tbsp yoghurt (Dahi), 1 tbsp gramme flour (besan), and 1 tsp turmeric are required for this face pack (Haldi). Apply it to a clean, dry face and leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing. It is the easiest, natural and ultimate solution to most of your skin problems be it Acne and Pimples, Pigmentation, Acne Marks, Whiteheads, Open Pores, Clogged-Pores, Oil-Heads, Blackheads, Tanning, Uneven Skin Tone, Dullness.
Pro Tip: Do not neglect the neck.
Step 4: ICE FACIAL
Rub ice around the face and neck. When you use an ice cube to reduce under-eye or facial puffiness, this is the most basic form of skin icing. It has long been a cornerstone of skincare knowledge. This is not an old wives’ tale; there is science behind this age-old advice. When actual ice is applied to the skin, blood rises to the surface, which soothes and tightens the skin.
Step 5: Aloe Vera Gel
Last but not the least, in this routine, apply aloe vera gel to your face and neck. It supports the production of collagen. It protects the skin from the damaging effects of radiation therapy. It’ll have soothing effects on the skin after the ice facial.
Follow this routine three times per week, preferably at night, because your skin repairs itself while you sleep. Don’t forget to keep yourself hydrated because no amount of skincare routines will be effective if you don’t drink an ample amount of water. If you follow this religiously in a month, you’ll have the glowing skin you’ve been longing for. You can also thank me in the comments section for always having your back (wink, wink). That’s all for today, lovelies. See you tomorrow.
